• The staff does seat allocation on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure to ensure smooth check-in and boarding.
• Smart casual attire is recommended. Dress to impress, as the ambiance is upscale and elegant.
• Children under 3 years old can join for free but must be accompanied by an adult.
• We can reschedule the booking due to bad weather conditions or last-minute cruise technical issues.
• Bring your camera or smartphone for stunning photography opportunities of the Dubai skyline and landmarks along the route.
• The pick-up time for the Dhow cruise with transfer is scheduled between 6-7pm, varying by area (limited to Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road till Barsha). The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by 5pm on the tour day.

Cancellation & Payment Policy:

• We charge only a partial amount of 30% while booking on our website and the rest of the amount you have to pay at boarding time.
